"SPLENDID BUILDING
Located across from Hipólito Irigoyen Square, it draws attention (in my case as a tourist) from a distance due to its grandeur. This invites you to come closer and appreciate it and also explore the square.
This was because we were tempted to try the sandwiches at "Don Pepe" (across from the square).

The unexpected surprises of tourism."
