"It gives the slight impression that they are gradually resolving many of its problems. The playing field appears well-maintained, but the VIP boxes, access to them, and the elevators are in poor condition; in fact, the elevators are out of order. There are broken windows in the upper levels, and it has suffered from looting. It could certainly be better, though the view of the mountain behind it gives it a unique character.
