What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the exceptional instructors at Cerro Catedral ski schools, highlighting their patience, expertise, and ability to cater to all levels, especially children. The convenience of on-site gear rental and responsive customer service further enhances the experience, making it a highly recommended destination for a memorable ski trip.
"We had the most amazing experience on our family snowboard trip to the beautiful ski resort of Cerro Catedral. We stayed at Vilage Catedral conveniently located steps away from Escuela Xtreme. The recommended we speak with Pablo Camargo and we contacted him a few months before we arrived. Pablo was very quick and responsive to rely to all my inquiries offering a variety of options and extremely flexible with my itinerary.
When we arrived we were promptly greeted by Pablo and his team. We were very fortunate to arrive in a week with good snowfall. Pablo arranged all our ski rental equipment and also ski clothes as well. This was very useful because we did not want to travel with many bags.
We did several days of private lessons with an amazing instructor by the name of Willy. He spoke excellent English and was very patient with all of the family. He had all of us progressing as to where we were able to visit the majority of the mountain within a few days of lessons. Willy was very instrumental in making this experience one that we will never forget.
I suggest that you book early with Pablo as it gets very busy during the ski season. His customer service and attention to details will ensure we will be back very soon."

"Excellent teacher, Facu do was friendly, fun and patient. Exactly what my young daughter needed when learning to snowboard.
Professional & caring to her needs both emotionally and in terms of learning.
The school itself was responsive and easy to communicate with, especially when we encountered a problem. We solved it and moved on. Great group of people!"

"I contacted Xtreme via WhatsApp before my trip and spoke to Marina Espinosa. She was super helpful, friendly and answered all my questions. When I had a medical issue, she promptly changed our reservation without any issue. The equipment was very good and they even put the ski boots for you. That was super helpful. We also had lessons with Lore and she was the best instructor ever. Very patient, very good “portunhol” and taught everything we needed in order to step up our skills. We weren’t beginners, but now we’re definitely at an intermediate level. Thank you, Xtreme!"

Gear Rental and Preparation
A practical tip from experienced visitors is to choose your rental location wisely. Ensuring your rental equipment is well-maintained and properly fitted is key to a comfortable and enjoyable day on the mountain.
