"Beautiful place. Very peaceful. While you can swim, it's not that deep. Excellent place to drink mate."

"The Panaholma River, in Panaholma, north of Cura Brochero, is a very pretty place to spend the day. Ideal for families, groups of friends, couples, and children. From the plaza, if you go one block to the right, you'll cross a bridge where the water flows overhead. It's not deep, meaning cars can pass through the water. If you continue straight from the plaza, you can walk across a suspension bridge, and if you keep going left, always from the plaza, you'll reach a spot at the end of the street where there's sand and where you can set up umbrellas. It's very peaceful. The river's banks are lined with trees and many rocks, with plenty of water in some places, and shallow areas for children to wade in. The water is very clean and clear. There are nearby places to buy food and drinks, and there's also a very accessible grocery store. Ice cream vendors and people selling churros and other items pass by. The community park charges for parking."
