"One of the best lakes I've ever been to. I went in January 2021 and had a fabulous experience. There was no one on the entire beach we went to, and it was huge.
The landscape is beautiful, and the lake is enormous, allowing you to walk for hours without stopping.
I honestly loved it and would go again without hesitation. The only drawback is that the road to get there isn't suitable year-round. You'll have to check with the Tourism Office to see if there's access to this area."

"Beautiful place, you have to be equipped to spend the day. The road is very winding and could be better maintained. You have to drive with great caution. On this same walk you can go to Curruhe Chico and if you continue along the same path you can reach the green lagoon and the escorial."
Julieta Krischak
"Very nice place. No fire allowed."
