Inside, the dome is very high up and magnificently decorated. One thing that really stood out was the confession boxes. The woodwork there is very detailed and intricate. We have not seen anything like it before in a cathedral.
There are also many colourful stained glass windows that are beautifully decorated. Overall, the cathedral is grand and welcoming. It is definitely worth a visit when you are in La Plata."

"The catedral is really nice and is open for everybody. If you want to visit the museo and the tower it costs 10$ per adult. The museum is underneath the church and they even have a small gift shop. The fime when I visited only the Jesus tower was open for visitors. You can go to two floors. With an elevator where a guy tells you important historical facts about the Catedral de la Plata. The view from the top floor over La Plata is nice."
