What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Reviews for accommodations near Bahía Redonda vary significantly. Some guests praise the clean, modern rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location near amenities like restaurants and car rentals. Others report issues with cleanliness, outdated amenities, and poor customer service, with some noting price discrimination for foreigners. The proximity to the lake and potential for free activities like ice skating are often highlighted as positives.
"If you are looking for just a bed to sleep after a long trip, this is it. They need to improve in their cleaning and customer service. Our room was very dusty and not well cleaned (they didn't vacuum our room during our stay), towels are very old as well, moldy tiles in the bathtub and humidity issues. Rooms are very small. Breakfast was included, basic continental. Front desk personnel not very friendly.
Positive: hot water, heaters and good wifi."

"The hotel is 2 blocks away from the main street with all the stores and restaurants. Around 7 blocks the other way there's a beautiful lakeside walkway. The room was clean and modern (two double beds). Breakfast was alright, nothing fancy. The hotel does not provide lunch or dinner options so you always have to eat out. However, the staff is friendly and they let you use the breakfast area and even the cutlery if you decide to bring takeout to the hotel."

"This hotel is a must for people who are willing to have a good restaurant on premises, a car rental in front of it and a gas station about a block away! The prices are right and you get free car parking and free WiFi. Rooms are spacious and the beds are enormous! Go for it!"
