"A service worthy of a republican banner, a total disregard for the citizen, a blatant lack of professionalism and I even wonder if you are not in the pay of certain agendas. NB: I have been paying for a service for almost three months without benefiting from it and finally shame on you."
Abdeslam Benotmane
"It's not so much the ministry that's a problem, but rather the agencies, especially the technical side. I applied for ADSL in El Biar. I'm 50 meters from the agency, and since July 30th, I've been waiting. I even asked if the technician would come on a turtle or a donkey. I was given a phone number. I've called 100 times, and they're unavailable. For Telecom, it's a zero rating. They don't answer or hang up. 50 times, either no one is working, or they're asleep, or they've closed the company. It's true, it's hot, the sea is better while I wait.
The managers need to get moving.
With all my apologies, but I had to talk about a recurring problem that needs to be addressed.
My sincere thanks."

"No one picks up when you call the ministry's landline. Please fix this problem."
