What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the Dajti Ekspres Cable Car for its stunning panoramic views of Tirana and the relaxing, scenic ride. The amenities at the mountain top, including cafes and mini-golf, add to the overall positive experience. However, some note that ticket office opening times can be inconsistent and midday smog can affect visibility.
"The cable car ride was really lovely - calm, scenic, and offering beautiful views over Tirana. Once at the top, the panorama is definitely worth seeing, especially in the morning when it’s quiet and peaceful.
That said, I arrived a bit early and noticed that the ticket office didn’t open until about 20 minutes after the official time, which was a bit unexpected. Also, in the morning there isn’t much going on up there yet. Most places were still closed so I just walked around, took some pictures and took the cable car back (20 min max.).
Still, it was a nice experience overall. If you’re planning to go, I’d recommend coming a bit later in the day when more things are open. The view alone makes it worth it.
The price is 1.500 LEK for a return ticket which can be paid in cash or card. There is also plenty of parking if you come by car. It is also reachable by bus. The bus stops close to Bunk’Art 1. From there it is a 10-15 min walk uphill to the cable car."

You can spend time at the cafe or play mini golf or do paragliding. This is one of the must things to do in Tirana."

"Very nice experience, amazing view! I was alone and they let me travel alone in a car, so I really appreciated this, because I was doing a travel vlog for my channel about Tirana. The mountain is also absolutely view. It is worth to travel up to the Dajti Mountain, because the view is amazing!"
