What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Mirror Beach is lauded for its stunningly clear, turquoise waters and natural beauty, often compared to the Maldives. Visitors appreciate the clean environment and the unique 'mirror' effect of the sea. However, the challenging access road and the visual impact of numerous sunbeds are frequently cited drawbacks.
"Mirror Beach is absolutely one of the best beaches around Saranda! It’s very clean – unlike many other beaches in Saranda and Ksamil, here you don’t see cigarette butts all over the place. The water is stunning, crystal clear and turquoise, just like in the Maldives.
There is plenty of space for the public area, so you can easily find a spot with your own towel. The paid sunbeds take up only about half of the space, which is fair.
Overall, this beach feels natural, clean, and beautiful – definitely one of my favorites in the area."

"The beach is nice but getting there is really difficult the road is in terrible condition and we almost damaged the car. Parking is 5€ right by the beach but if you go a bit higher up there is a local man who offers parking for 4€. The water is clean in some areas but not everywhere there is a public area available which is a plus, what makes this place special is the old bunker from where you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Overall the beach has its charm but the road and high parking prices are definitely a downside."

"Beautiful beach and the sea really becomes a mirror in full sunlight! Definitely worth to visit for a swim. The water is amazing and the view is breathtaking. We also stayed for the sundown because you could see it so good. But please keep in mind the road to get to mirror beach is quite rough so watch out and take a car that can handle gravel and steep hills. The rough road is made for one car. 2 cars cannot pass eachother! But it is all worth it believe me!"
